Recuitment & Selection

Recruitment Process:

  1. Online application and advertisements
  2. Recruitment drive in the kampongs
  3. Referrals by former / current workers
  4. Working together with related organizations
  5. Co operating with Job training centers
  6. Ongoing recruitment by our partner agents, ketua kampong and sponsors.

Selection Process :

  1. Interview in person by employer or Prochamp team
  2. To organize trade test upon request by employer
  3. By submission of resume (application forms with photo)
  4. Interview via skype

Deployment

  1. Selected workers need to go through full medical check up in Indonesia.
  2. Passport application will take about 1 to 3 weeks.
  3. Upon receiving their calling VDR (Visa Dengan Rujukan) we will process their calling visa at the embassy.
  4. We will purchase the insurance (KTKLN) for themand organize for them to attend an exit seminar PAP.
  5. We assist them for departure at airport.

While processing and preparing the selected workers for deployment, we will keep you updated accordingly:

  1. Medical results
  2. Progress of their passports application
  3. Processing their calling visa
  4. Date for PAP and KTKLN
  5. To obtain their exit documents
  6. Deployment date
